Housekeepers are also the eyes and ears of the property and generally the first ones to notice and reports damages and needs of the property. Below is a list of several responsibilities cleaners handle during the day to day business.

Cooperative and Positive: Interact with guests professionally and respond to any cleaning-related requests or concerns.
Emergency Stops: Regularly out team stop on location resolving a number of issues before becoming problematic.
Adherence to Standards: Follow established cleaning standards and protocols for consistency.
Flexible Scheduling: Accommodate flexible cleaning schedules to align with guest check-ins and check-outs.
Specialized Cleaning: Address specific cleaning needs, such as carpet cleaning or window washing, as required.
